About Nurse Judy

I have been a pediatric nurse since 1981. I worked as an advice nurse at a busy pediatric office in San Francisco for more than 30 years. Much of my time at work was spent teaching and reassuring parents over the phone. Often the length of the phone calls was limited by the demands of the busy pediatric practice.

In 2006, I started the Nurse Judy Classes in order to have the opportunity to do more extensive teaching and to give parents some necessary tools for raising happy healthy kids. My philosophy has always been that there is no such thing as a silly question. After all, babies don't come with instruction manuals.
I currently offer five classes. These sessions offer parents the chance to question and discuss various parenting  or health issues that may be on their minds.
